Chrom (his voice actor gave away that he didn't do anything in this game yet. And seeing Sakurai's latest comment already talking about balance, the initial version of the characters should be essentially done since balance shouldn't be done when more characters are still being added. As such, I really doubt he'll be playable, although tons of people seem to think he's super likely. He's also very lacking in terms of uniqueness.)
