I wanted Roundbox, but switched to Manti when no one was biting Roundbox at all. It was certainly better than the other lynch, that's for sure. |

You're saying only confirmed towns should use their ITA's. Okay, that's 2-3 players using their 15% chance on one person. ...Isn't that literally what me, funny, and cel are saying? Just with more people to use that 15% chance? |

It has nothing to do with how you're playing right now, to be honest.
Well... it was for me D0, but now your getting scared of ITA's as well. I don't think they're scary as you're making them out to be. |

I heard someone mention WIFOM and my ears pricked up.
Clearly the introduction of ITAs has somewhat to do with only poor little vt mellonxcollie dying in the night and all his dreams of returning home to rebuild his village being crushed. The sympathies of the GMs has been toward a just vengeance. That, and GM sympathies as well with those crying, "Only ONE death!?! Where's the wholesale slaughter expected in a Sacred Stones Fire Emblem game? Oh, the humanity!" I don't like ITAs without clear consensus, but from what I've seen, yeah, it's going to be gamed by wolves. The problem of course becomes when even with consensus we wind up wrong. And there's a greater likelihood of that early on. I'd maybe be OK with our IC coordinating (not necessarily selecting) who is targeted and when to say, "Hey wait! This thing is going wrong". But that's if DaB can be guaranteed to be here. I know Sundays are particularly hard for me to participate s much as I'd like. Also, I'd still appreciate more WIFOM on the apparent scarcity of night deaths. I'd find it likely that both the village and the wolves have a night kill ability, but I appreciate those acknowledging the OP indications of both shop items and promotions that may enhance deaths at later points in the game. However, I'd also think that something got either blocked or protected last night, and particularly surrounding those of us who may have been obvious targets. I don't know the protocols here, but is it likely or almost assumed that blocking and protective roles cannot target consecutively the same player? I didn't see any reference to that in the OP.

...But since it's not listed in the OP, yeah, assume at the moment that protective roles can protect each other... for the moment anyways. |
