But you're explicitly stating you don't want extra information or even the chance at it if you're proposing to not actually use the ITAs. Whether some people don't feel the same way or not, you should still be an individual and know what you'd like to see come out of the scenario, and I see that the information alone is valuable and the ITAs themselves have a lot of value as Daikyi already stated.
