actually it's funny because taihou's luck is shit

Taihou is an armored CV, what this means is unlike most CVs (aircraft carrier, not the resume thing) she can launch planes when moderately damaged. Standard CVs can only launch at healthy or mildly damaged, idk what this means for mechanics though
