Shouldn't the concluded be at the bottom, and the in progress be in the middle?

Thanks for the report! This bug has been fixed, along with older tournaments leaking into the Concluded section. Also, by tomorrow tournament/event hosts will have the ability change their thread tags, and have them automatically updated on the sidebar without the assistance of a forum moderator.
