I'll start placements once the entries become closer to stagnant. Depending on how placements turn out, the difficulties in a given division might shift upward.

In my last tournament, top 5 received a prize. I don't intend on changing that, however, you just reminded me to add something to my OP.

[NEW] 4.) If you fail to submit for a prize round while still in the tournament, you will not receive your prize, and your prize will be passed down to the next place down! Top 5 in every division receive a prize.
