But Uganda is outlawing homosexuality, not eating shit. Corpophagia is just a tool used to otherize gays by relating them to acts that many would find disgusting. I doubt the safety of public health is really at the forefront of the minds of the Ugandan Government when they decided to pass the kill the gays bill.
