I may be biased when I say this, but it seems quite reasonable to do that actually...I'm open for being told otherwise.

However, if you look at the D1's stats, for example, lots of them will have a number of boos and averages in their 8+ songs. One would have to draw a line in how far they can extrapolate. Accuracy ≠ a high score and a full combo. You see lots of players nowadays who pay little to no attention to accuracy and are satisfied with being able to play higher level songs. |

If you're talking about Norista, then the explanation for her FMO SDGs and whatnot is me.
That's actually my mom competing, and I've played on her account before a couple times. The thing is, with placements, since I don't have veteran status I can't look at others' level ranks. This means I pretty much have to rely on someone else to do it for me, with no way to really double check their stats. Remember though, these placements are NOT 100% complete either. They will be looked at again and again and again, and probably by more than one person. Also, as far as PA-ing/AAAing goes, believe me, it's MUCH harder to AAA any song than it is to PA it well or SDG. I do agree in the fact that (newer or amateur) players tend to go for the combo on the higher songs, rather than PA on the lower level songs. This does make it quite a bit harder to place them, but not impossible. Last edited by ScarletSky; 12-6-2011 at 02:33 PM.. |

Haha, that's kinda cool that you got your own mother to play in a FFR tournament. I've actually gotten my dad to play a bit of FFR/DDR a few years ago

Placements have been updated. If you do NOT find yourself placed yet, you will receive a PM shortly regarding information on that, if you haven't already.
Those with a (?) by their name in the "Competitors" list are not placed yet. |

I know these must be better placements because it's been 10 minutes now and I haven't received one pm of someone not liking where they're at. xD

D2 / some of D3's low end are the backbone of FFR (: reminds me of how my martial arts instructor always says that the brown belts are the backbone of the dojo. I guess accordingle, The high end of d3 and then d4+ are like the black belts of ffr :3
I would know, i get my black belt in 6 months <3

Nope, thats only if you have a skilldrop for some reason. You seem well placed in D4.
