1. It's a satire of nationalism/patriotism. America has kept a mindset of "fight the terrorists" for eight ongoing years. If the continuing effort hasn't worked, why not do something at home? The funny thing is, the suggested option is a really stupid idea.

2. It's a satire of religious fanaticism. Islam happened to be the subject because it connects with current events. Following any authority blindly is generally a bad idea, whether you follow your friends, the president, or a religion. The point here is that suicide is a seemingly drastic action to take after a simple uncontrolled event, such as seeing an unclothed woman.

3. Generally, men want sex. By suggesting a sexual orgy, u84 has garnered the (unofficial) support of nearly every male who reads this topic.

4. The reference to alcohol simply completes the joke; the cherry on top of the sundae. It creates a triad of warm feelings: the communal bond of patriotism, the primal pleasure of sex, and the sweet intoxication of beer.

It can be assumed that this is not to be taken seriously; it's so ludicrous that it's impossible. Extremely few people would dare walk outside naked for any reason. Extremely few people would kill themselves because of a blatant hate crime directed to them. Extremely few people would sit on their lawn and support a carnal display of abhorrence while drinking beer.
(I say "extremely few" because I expect no one would do any of these things, but this world is full of surprises)
