First of all, this is FFR. No one is going to let douchebags just "be". Once the vets give up the newbies are either going to compliment the idiot and make them conceited, be nice and encourage the idiot, or they're going to flame the hell out of them and they'll flame back.

Second, if we don't flame him for being the idiot he is, he's not going to stop or leave. We try what we can, but if they don't leave it never hurts to keep trying.
