I got Carpal Tunnel from FFR!!

And the worst I've had with my wrist is a ganglion cyst, though it had occurred years before I started FFR anyway, and is still there, though it doesn't hurt unless I bend my wrist 90 degrees or so. I can't do push-ups very long because of it, and I'm in JROTC ;_;
