I got Carpal Tunnel from FFR!!

NOOOOO!!!

Today I was playing FFR, like any other day, except I was doing really kickass, I was so close to AAA'ing Hatten Carnival, Incognito, Synaxis Symphony, Starmine ~Happy mix~, and Wild Sky, but I kept screwing up! I got BF's on Hatten Carnival, Incognito, and Wild Sky 3 times on Incognito and 2 times on Hatten Carnival, and then when I played Starmine, my hand wouldn't move!! Then I had a burning pain in my wrist and it shot through the tenden in my arm, and my wrist wouldn't stop burning! I screwed up on Synaxis with 2-0-0-0 and then I couldn't move when playing Carrousel paradise! My hand literally stopped moving!!

This time my hand literally wouldn't move, at all,

So I went to the Orthopedist and I have Carpal Tunnel!

Well, I have it in both hands, right hand is the one that won't move, but left hand has the worst Carpal Tunnel, it hurts so badly!!

I will leave my account to someone to take over while I'm resting my hands, who will this person be to take my name? Some one I trust, find just and worthy of doing it (and won't mess with my account and post crap on the forums)

P.S.

I typed this with my good hand, only 1 hand, and I may play FFR when my parents aren't around so that they won't yell at me for wrecking my hand more

yeah, rofl when i play i get shooting pains in my right arm, but whatever i play through the pain >:] my hands sometimes just stop in a middle of the song its vary gey.
ive become like really weak with my arms now though, i can't apply pressure to anything or like grasp something hard xDDD 0.o im soo weak

i seriously doubt you have severe carpal tunnel, like 99% of the people whining about it on here... your hands just hurt a little.

my uncle has real carpal tunnel, from doing the same repetitive action for 30 years in a metal workshop. he can't even pick up a phone.

generally, yes, people think OMG I HAVE PAIN! = Carpal Tunnel,

EDIT: It might be RSI, that could be true, I'll have to go check, Orthopedist said it looked like early mild Carpal Tunnel, but we'll see

LOL I got a RSI, but my arm/wrist/hand is all better now, so everything is fine now. Nothing serious has happened to me since, like EnR :P

lol some of you are really lucky that your Carpal Tunnel and RSI wwent away, those are really serious, if it didnt really go away then you would needed surgery, and even then it might not work. Because when Carpal Tunnel happens, it makes scar tissue in the tendons or wahtever, and in the surgery they try to scrap the scar tissue off, thing is thats just like opening up a cut again, just gonna make more scar tissue.

thats why when i play, if my hands/arms start hurting i just stop.

Try putting som ice on it,

it helps alot, but seriously take a break from FFR or youll never be able to use your hands again.

Yeah, I used to play oni with fail off as a warm up. Heavy was fun.

I know, the doctor warned me that if it gets bad I'll need surgery, it really sucks, and generally, Carpal Tunnel does lead to surgery to remove the scar tissure
