    Make sure you are loading from http://45.55.174.83/r3.xml not http://ffrmania.com/r3.xml . We're having some DNS issues, so you'll have to use the IP until we can resolve them.

                        my advice would be running the standalone as an administrator if possible and see if that makes a difference.
                        I'm on a communal pc so I can't myself. but that could be your problem; admin privs probably

                                                        FFRMania hasn't been working for me for the past month or so. Figured it might've been down, but everyone else says it's working. The site itself gives me nothing but a blank page. Loading from the IPs gives me

                                                            The domain expired, and my nameserver won't let me renew ffrmania.com. So while we wait, I've updated the links in the OP with working URLs.

                                                            edit: Also, it appears the swf converter does not work on Windows 10! :c
