They can be in the game, I would just prefer they were out of the level ranks
If we want to keep noobies away from them, maybe they can be unlocked like secret songs? Also, I liked the idea someone brought up about having secret songs unlocked by GT rather than credits so I don't have to constantly worry about dropping below 150k. I've well earned the secret songs by this point.
