For one it has the BPM and "musical feel" of the MAX series.
It also resembles the artist cover name of a couple MAX songs which are Z and ZZ. Finally, it can relate really well to the other boss songs by DM Ashura in the StepMix 1 time-frame like Z that you listed which are NeoMAX, MaxX AttaxX, and MAX Forever.

EDIT: I just remembered the song 5.1.1. (AG Supercool Mix) which is a remix of 5.1.1. by dj nagureo in DDR 2nd ReMIX APPEND CLUB VERSION Vol.1 CS JP...
...And you forgot that song!!
FUN FACT: It's also the first song in the song-list of that particular game! Pretty neat, huh?
