Also it is pertinent to note: Makiba has been made public today.

I was sick all yesterday so apologies on the lateness of the newspost. I'm writing it right now, but I thought I'd get the thread up so people can comment.

I'd also like to give a congratulations to icontrolyourworld for his first file in FFR, and a shoutout too to DarkZtar for his second file in FFR... clearly that three and a half years working on it paid off, I quite enjoyed it

I hope I'm the first of many to say that Imaginary Sky was the most fun I've had playing a 2.

The other three files were all amzin in their own right (too tired to get into specifics at 4:20am), really sick batch this week.

I'm not able to play it but after watching the bot play Mahou no Fu looks like Pop just stepped most everything he heard. Pretty boring and just bleh looking. Would have preferred Nimbus as the vet chart.

But like I said I haven't played them yet.

Etude looks great, The 2 sounds good and Bmah's chart looks infuriating to AAA.

on Etude on a Nimbus it should be MBurns, not MBurn

            I was wondering this myself.
His account is CMBurns on Thirdstyle, and he goes by Red Blank in their Backstage database... I'm thinking we should use one of these names.

All very fun files (: I wish I can jack so that I don't have to missflag the jacky part of Mahou. :'(

Sightread the other three last night. I love these quality files :'). Probably the best batch of files this year so far (:

Imaginary Sky: Decent file. I would bump it to a 3 IMO.
I breathe the cosmos: I loved the song and the file. It was definitely worth the purchase.
Etude On A Nimbus: Nice fun file filled with crazy amounts of stream.
Mahou no Fu: N/A because I don't have veteran status yet.
                    Everyday I'm shufflin'

New tournament hopefully coming up in the next couple of weeks. Stay tuned for more details.

                      Imaginary Sky
                      Cool easy file.

                      I breathe the cosmos
                      Of course, since it's a bmah file, I can't AAA. :P
pretty cool patterns. Bursts screwed me up lolol

                      Etude On A Nimbus
                      Jumpstreaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaam.
I always like good jumpstreams 8)

                      Mahou no Fu
Dense jumpstream at ~1000 screwed me over. Fun file. Always a fan of Pop's files.

Mahou no Fu is really fun, but the dense jumpstreams screw me over, followed by the small set of jacks in the middle. If one of those doesn't mess me up, the other will. One of the few MOSAIC.WAV songs that I enjoy listening to though, which is why I'm willing to play it over again. [there's a noticeable error in the jumps near the end of the song however]

They're not. They are just one-handed triples. Not fast enough to be a two-framer problem - if they were faster than 32nds, then maybe so.
