Okay, despite the fact that news of the 4th generation has been out for quite some time, FFR has not gotten one good thread (not on the first page anyways) about it. That's why I'm going to attempt to reintroduce the world of the Pocket Monsters back to Flash Flash Revolution. Alright now onto the games.
With the release of a new handheld console, Nintendo has decided to keep up their traditions and make another generation of Pokemon.That's right, new towns, new items, and, of course, a hundred something new Pokemon.What's the version theme this time? They used colours and minerals already. Gems has been used as well. What's left? Jewels. The new Pokemon games will be Pokemon Diamond and Pokemon Pearl. Sounds appealing doesn't it?
What changes are these offering?
-Day and Night features are making a return.
-The DS's internet capability now allows for battling and trading with people from around the world.
-There is now a slight difference between male and female Pokemon. [Example]
-More Pokemon, Moves, and Abilities increases strategy possibility.
-Moves have changed. Whether an attack is Physical or Special no longer depends on the type it is.
Release Date for North America is scheduled to be April 22, 2007.
