                                      funny thing about anatomically average barbie: the skeletal proportions are right but they gave her a culturally arbitrary % of body fat

                                      i.e. her body fat levels are far from ideal, but only because the average person has poor dietary habits.

                                      correcting for skeletal proportions makes sense since that's impossible to change, but correcting for body fat doesn't since barring some thyroid disorder that's extremely controllable

                                              Please go visit Twitter. The amount of women I've seen claim that "height and weight are different" as to justify discriminating based upon the former is completely obnoxious.

                                              I only find it annoying because it's perfectly find to say you find a trait unattractive, but to act as if judging an unchangeable trait is better than judging a controllable one is just fucking stupid.
