Hopefully this one will be at least a bit harder...

There are exctly 9! different nine-digit numbers in which all the digits from 1 to 9 appear. Of those 362,880 numbers, can you work out how many will be prime? (show reasoning)

9 + 8 + 7 + 6 + 5 + 4 + 3 + 2 + 1 = 45
45 is divisible by nine
Therefore zero.

Ehm.. I got the attic one, and apparently was wrong on the circle one - but this one confuses me. My math teachers have neglected to teach me about ! for three years now. Could somebody give me a quick overview, if it's not too complicated?

! = the number preceeding it multiplied by each of the following numbers, decreasing by intervals of one, until one is reached. ! is said as 'Factorial"

Thus, 9! (Nine factorial) would be:

9*8*7*6*5*4*3*2*1=362880

This crap is getting confusing...

I say we have a rule that only 1-2 jokes can be posted at a time. I know it's a riddle thread, but these 3-4 riddles per post are too much. Some of them are going unsolved. We really need to limit ourselves to just solving the riddle at hand.
