You throw away the outside and cook the inside. Then you eat the outside and throw away the inside. What are you eating?

Name one eight letter word that has kst in the middle, in the beginning, and at the end.
First one: Pages 75 and 76 are on the same piece of paper. 75 is on the right side, and, turning over the page, you find 76 on the left. Therefore, it's one sheet of paper, and it's impossible to find a dollar bill there.

Second: An ear of corn, or maybe a chicken.

    Third, and finally, "Inkstand."

"In" the beginning. "Kst" in the middle. "And" at the end.

    and a really hard one,
what comes next: I am not here today; ______ forever.
    a)always
    b)sometimes
    c)apricot
    d)all of the above
    First riddle: A fire.
You may feed it with more wood, but water will douse it.

Second one: The answer is man.
At the dawn of life, a baby crawls on all fours.
In the afternoon of life (adulthood), he walks on his own two legs.
In his life's evening (old age), he walks with the help of a third leg: a cane.
How do I know? This is the classic "Riddle of the Grecian Sphinx," finally solved by Oedipus.

Third: The answer is (A), always.
The words are ordered by how many letters they have:
starting with one letter, ending with seven.

          12. False (1, 5, 6, 9, 11)

Therefore, five of the twelve are true.

              Congratulations, Vishnal!

For an easier time, you all should have realized that 5 and 7 can't both be true, so 4 and 8 were automatically false. Then, it just took simple deduction.

              Your turn then.

Here's one that I'm not sure if you've heard of, but I like it.

This man was in a room where the window and door were both locked from the inside, he was in the center of the room hanging from a rope, and the rest of the room was empty, all except for a drying puddle of water, how did the man die??

Um... this one might be easy, but... here goes.

My backside has feathers, my neck long and thin.
My nose is pointy, like the tip of a pin.
I fly in the sky, yet possess no wings.
Whenever I swoop, I often pierce things.
Sometime's I'm brown, and other times white.
What is my name? Can you get it right?

                                Riddle:

Two convicts are locked in a cell. There is an unbarred window high up in the cell. No matter if they stand on the bed or one on top of the other they can't reach the window to escape. They then decide to tunnel out. However, they give up with the tunneling because it will take too long. Finally one of the convicts figures out how to escape from the cell. What is his plan?
