                    I'm making tilapia for my pescetarian girlfriend and we are spending the night at home.

                    Here is the link, it's one of her favorite things I've made for her. If your significant other likes fish then you should try this one out. It's good with a side of cous cous or risotto and asparagus (sprinkle the asparagus with Parmesan, too).

                            Edit: Also, since I'm talking about cooking if you are really daring if you make risotto, smother it with pesto and fresh mozzarella. That's a really good side if you make pan seared scallops. The ladies love it.

                                    krunky already got me 3 roses [thought the number was cute since there's now 3 of us]. He has to work most of the day but afterwards we may go to the park if it isn't too cold. Either that or I'm begging him to take me to Petsmart because I want to look at all the animals ^__^
