At least with me, it's not making fun of the couples themselves, but the extremely sugary-gooeyness that some people over express with today that I bash.

Duct taping chocolates to a persons locker and the constant 'OMG he saied wil u b my valentine 2/14/11 i found mai luv best dai evur<3 xx' statuses are excessive in ANY situation.

Unless the couple are ****ing idiots. Then I bash, bash away.

To be quite honest, I feel Valentines day to be quite extraneous. Couples should be celebrating their love EVERY day, but instead I see a bunch of people who get the idea that they only need to express love for their significant other on Valentines and then they're done for a while.

Idk I'm in a pretty real relationship, and I p. much hate Valentines Day. But that's only because I think it's stupid to buy shit for someone, when it's not the point. So this post is pretty much a stupid argument towards nothing.

So my Valentine's Day tops all of yours. I'm spending my Valentine's Day in the hospital with a kidney infection that can only be treated through monitored IV while pregnant. I've had severe back pain all night along with cramps and nausea. But I still have a smile on my face :] it feels good to be alive. They gave me morphine, LOL.
