There's no steeplechase at our meets. For the 32, we have plenty of people that are better than me at it.

My time was 4:37, but it was poorly measured.

If you're running XC, you should probably go for long distance. 2:36 isn't that fast, I got 2:30.1 last year.

First school meets coming up My races are on Wed/Thurs. Can't wait!

Re: Outdoor Track and Field 2007

I am a freshman. This is my first year of track so I don't really know whats good or not

        300m hurdles: 46.7
        Triple Jump: 34'8
        200m: 25.6

I know I could do better on all of these

Oh yeah 110MHHurdles I think I got like 18.4 first meet or something. I didn't like that too much though.

I'm a freshman. How good are these times/distances/heights for my grade?

          800-2:28
          Long jump-15' 5 1/2"
          Triple jump-31' 9 1/2"
Pole vault-nearly cleared 12' in practice
          Discus-97' 4"

I do pretty much whatever needs to be done.

I can jump 1-30 in high jump, lol. But I am only in grade 7 so that's pretty good.(P.S. 1-30 is 1 metre and 30 centimetres.)

Your pole vault is pretty good for your age. The rest of average, but on par for if you work, you'll hit some good times.

Pole Vault though, work on that and you could be really good.

Haha, we figured Chromer. The only thing that could be considered olympic time trial potential is the long, though.

Holy **** Scorblyt, your endurace must be insane. To run a 50.7 but only run a 23.2 and 11.3 is amazing. You would need to run near top speed for the whole race.

yeah i started out sprinting then my coach moved me up to train w/ the distance runners so my endurance has had a huge boost but with all the mileage i do my arches have flattened and its super hard for me to improve my foot speed

Edit: dude you butchered my name
                  maybe im original ---->

is 24 feet really olympic potential? if so, i'm gonna work on that lol. I can stand long jump 9'5" which is about 19 feet with my sprinting but i can only manage 16 to 17 usually.

I feel so fast, seeing freshmen run 2:2x in the 800 when I have a 2:30 in grade 7.

I ran Junior year last year

                              Did the 50 in 6.12

Did the 100 in 12 flat

                              Did the 400 in 52

Also yesterday I ran 2000 meters in 7:20:00, 2nd place in my entire school to some ethiopean kid who ran it in 6:58

Just came back from a meet.

Ran 2:31 in the 800, but the time doesn't matter. What does matter is that I beat my older brother, who is a junior.
