I tried high jump this morning...my heel hurts but I still did better than everyone else! I jumped it at around 5 ft. (Note, I am only 13 and 5ft.1 or so...)

Hahahaha. Chromer, you must be joking with your 800 and 1000 time.

Nice 400 if legit. You must suck terribly at the triple if you can long 24 but only get 36 in triple. I'm going to call bull**** until you either refute these claims or admit you were off.

              100-11.58
              200-23.4
              400-52.9
              300-39.2(FAT)
I'm ranked 15th in Section 2 of NY for the 400. I plan on making states in the 300 in indoor and then states in the 400 next outdoor.

I'm thinking of trying the 8 next meet.

Deaf, those are good distance times. I recently ran against a guy, Steven Murdoc from NY, who runs a 4:18 mile and a 14:17 3 mile. Lol you guys are crazy though.

                Bump for relevance.

I haven't ran since I last posted. I've been pretty sick, and I'm going to go for some bloodwork. Hopefully I'll make a full recovery before the season ends.

In brighter news, my school won league championship again, so hooray I guess.

How are all of your guys seasons going?

Meh. One race, but that wasn't even track. Cross country is fun too, though. I won my race by 7-8 seconds.

                  Oh btw, 1500m.

I hit 11-6 the other day in the vault. I was feeling great too. Shame the wind was in my face or I woulda definatly made 12'. possibly 12-3.

geez your 200 is good. improvements. i wasn't varsity this year because my team was too good ;(

                          100 meter: 11.39
                          200 meter: 23.74
long jump: 17'5" lmao i suck

Also 52.9 isn't that great a 400 meter. two guys at my school do 50 flat and 49.

EDIT: also, are your guys times in like the 100 meter and 200 meter hand timed, or electronically because that would account for .3 of a second added.

All of my times are FAT.

Pfft, I know 52.9 isn't great. It was my 2nd meet of the year and I had hoped to drop it a second later on in the season. My predictions for next year are soley based on speculation, hope, and a bit of knowledge of how men in my family's body age.

Oh, and in other news, that blood test came up positive for Mono. So, I'm done for the year, and have been since late april. Always indoor though.

Dawg, that's a good 100 time, but you need to work on your endurance. You should be in the high 22.x for the 200.

I tried track this year, but I'm more of an XC guy. The only thing they had me run was 800, and that was 2:36.0
