Yeah, if it has trading from D/P - 5th gen as well as keeping GTS features, as well as enough new features to make it interesting, then I'd probably end up buying it and completing the pokedex up to 5th gen.

As far as I know Platinum is just a new version of the 4th gen, not part of a new 5th gen.

Kind of like Red/Blue version and Fire Red/Leaf Green. Also, by the looks of the cover, Giratina is on it so it can't be a new 5th gen. I'm still going to buy it.

Platinum has the new forms of Giratina, Regigas, and Shaymin

Yeah, Platinum isn't supposed to come out until sometime this fall (in the U.S.) and it's just a kind of expansion of Diamond and Pearl

Who cares about new forms, I care about new gameplay / pokemon / features.

Well, from what I've heard, there is a "kinda" different branch to the gameplay. Probably a different story line. And I've heard the Volkener takes the place of Cynthia as Champion, just like Emerald.

As for the new last gym leader, I have no idea. As for Cynthia, no idea either.

And at Spear Pillar you get to see Giratina, Palkia, and Dialga at the same time, but I have no idea what the ties are.

*As for 5th Gen. Pokemon, I heard one of them makes a cameo in the new Pokemon Movie.

Different storyline + one different gym + different event = about 30 new minutes of gameplay.

Still not worth it. I'll wait for 5th gen.

Alright, need a little wifi help here.

I've recently gotten a new router, just barely went through the process of setting it up. Whenever I try to access the router via DS, I need a WEP key. I need tips on how to bypass this or on where I can find it.
