I know earlier I said I'm glad snaking would be in it, but I rethought it, and I'm glad that it's not in there. Sure I won alot, but it really hurt my thumb. I would have to do it to win too because I always ended up facing somebody who did it too.

Hey Squeek, your new avatar creeps me out.

Also for everybody, are there any Wii games that are Wi-fi yet?

It's not that good and I don't recommend buying it if you're the kind of person who rents games.

It's fun, but it's also tedious and frustrating.

Edit: Huge news from Nintendo Power about Tales of Symphonia 2, which has been renamed.

Anyone get Nintendo Power? I'm interested to see what's in the article.

And here I thought they actually had an exclusive first-look at the game. Turns out they were just firing randomly into the night.

    Re: The Wii is Here.

If you read this article, you'd see the release dates for Nintendo's 2008 titles:

Mario Kart Wii is set for Spring '08. Of course, that's Japan, but with a game like Mario Kart, it shouldn't be too far apart.

Also, with regards to the snaking discussion from the previous page, some people are saying that it might just be a problem with a lack of information or a mistranslation. All they really say is that the mechanics of snaking exist. For all we know, the developers put in code that disables the use of powersliding left, then right. Also, if the game controls 'like excite truck' as the magazine in question purports, then pulling a powerslide with a wii remote won't exactly be something you'd want to do.

I don't follow Wii games. I only find out about them when my friend starts talking about them, a sequel I want, or whenever I visit this thread.

I didn't know Mario Kart was coming to the Wii because it was announced eight months ago.

YES!! That means I win. What is the release date for this game anyway? Or has it not been anounced?

    Your FamilyVideo.com ORDER HAS SHIPPED!

    Hello Michael!

We just wanted you to know that the item(s) listed below have shipped and should be arriving shortly. To help expedite your order, products may be separated into multiple shipments. There is no extra cost to you for this convenience. NOTE: Shipments may arrive on different days.

    PRODUCTS:

    1 X No More Heroes : Wii (008888173984) = $44.00
    Status: Shipped

It was actually $39 after a $5 coupon code but whatever.

Amazon's No More Heroes stock is out until the 31st. I don't know how this little retailers got a new shipment in before they did, but hey! It should be here sometime this week! Which is perfect, because I'm just about done with Disgaea 2 having already beaten Baal. Surprisingly, without even using Tier 40 gear. In fact, only a Tier 37 level 40-something Fist on a level 1800 Adell. Huh.

Edit: Dammit. Snaking is confirmed for Mario Kart Wii.

There goes the hope of playing the game online.

Not two weeks ago. More like two months ago. And then some.
