absurd? no.

a wolf combied with powerful role A would want to break that relationship after:
a) exhausting that power's use
b) feeling threatened by the role

after breaking he'd be free to kill that player.

like I said, it's all circumstantial but far from 'absurd.'

Also, I request that BDN give use a detailed explanation of how the night phase takes effect.

It seems awkward to me that breaks would precede wolf kills. Otherwise humans will never be caught off-guard and killed while combied. There has to be a larger margin of error other than 'oops, I forgot to break.'

if anything, the night phase should go: stealing > transferring > item triggering > item receiving/item effect (as disclosed by the item)/wolf kill > combi break.

if this is the case then someone's lying =(

also, just to add to how absurd breaking combi's before wolf kills is, imagine if a wolf did get combied with a particularly powerful role during the day phase.

he'd have the ability to break that combi the following night phase and kill that player on the spot. The wolves would have a great advantage.

I don't see this as likely.

Ok, since you wanna raise a fit about it:

Normally, Combi activity takes place after wolfings. However, there is a possibility of a player being "quick" and doing Combi stuff before the wolfing. I'm afraid the exact conditions are confidential info, however.
