Alright, at first I was against doing this, but after some clarification it's now more helpful than dangerous. I am the census taker. I know the number of non-republicans. At first I thought this meant I would get the number after each night, sort of like a psychic, but after some recent clarification I found out that this just means I got the number at the beggining of the game and that's all I'll get all game.

It's worth noting that my power describes non-republicans instead of democrats, leading me to believe there may be a hidden third party involved. Either way there were 5 non-republicans as of the very start of the game.

I decided after I got my clarification that it would be best out in the open so that hopefully we can better plan around this number. Granted, 5 wolves (democrats) is a bit too much, so I think for now we can at least entertain the idea of a single 3rd party person or possibly even a pair of them (working together?). I somewhat doubt that my role would be a huge wolf target, now knowing the clarification I got from Fojar, but if there is a guardian, which I have reason to believe is very likely, I wouldn't horribly mind a guard or any other form of protection we have available. Hopefully if I can stay alive long enough, we can finally get some concrete teamwork going.

After 24 hours I decided it would be helpful for everyone to see how many times each person has posted. (If you don't post twice you're gone... ouch) If your name is bolded and underlined, then you haven't posted. If your name is just bolded, then you've posted once. Normal type means you're ok.

When I was making this list, I noted that sertman was number 1 (killed night 1) and talisman is number 2. (A good guardian pick) So I thought I would just throw that out there. If I had to guess at who was guarded last night, I would put my money on Mr. T.

I voted for Guido yesterday, because of the quote Jurs posted.

Also, as Stoic mentioned, there are 5 non-republic in this game. Having 5 wolves would be way too much, so, a vigilante perhaps?

I think I was going to vote for Hans yesterday were I given the chance, but that was only based on how much he was pressing his idea. Just didn't seem all that like him, to me.

But it was by no means going to be a very solid vote. I really don't know what to think or do given the zero information we get. This is absurd.

Yeah I haven't posted but if you ask a few people i've been pretty active on AIM (for once). I've been sharing my ideas with them...mostly about Wilkin. It sounds kind of silly but I was watching him on cam and I called him a wolf and he started laughing, so I continued to talk about it and every time I called him a wolf he would start to giggle like a little fairy boy. Then the other day he tried to say he was coming out as a blue to everyone individually...as he was hiding his face from the camera (he obviously was lying, hah). But yeah, I know that sounds weird but I do have a feeling he may be a wolf. I was also talking to Hans about him and I guess he agrees a little bit. We both asked him who his wolf partners were and he said Omega, Iggy, and Guido. Funny thing is, I could DEFINITELY see the last two being wolves. I'm thinking maybe he actually told us the real names of some of them in believing we would think he was just joking? Maybe he said two and not the last one because if we did find out two of them were wolves then we wouldn't be able to get the last one. I don't know, but there's definitely something going on there and I'm almost positive I will be voting him at Night.

I object. I don't think ANY wolf would do this, for the exact reason that in these games, jokes like that can be taken pretty seriously. And it's not like this is Wilkin's first game, so if he IS a wolf (which I have my doubts about), I don't think he would do that.

Look. I was to DBP about this last night: In a game like this, the only way we get information is from people TALKING. If we only get suspicious of and lynch people who TALK, then the wolves pretty much win when all the talkers are dead. I'd much rather see a quiet guy go than a loud guy (unless he's saying wolfy stuff).

I think it's very possible that there's a pair of nuetral/third party people because that would greatly help the balance issue with the whole hidden vote thing.

As far as wilkin, I've only been a wolf once, and it was on DDRfreak. On day 1 I was like 'I'm a wolf lol', so I think it's very possible that he's telling the truth (at least to some extent) with the hope that it'd be way to crazy for anyone to actually believe. If anything, I'd put my money on only one or two of them being his partners, and while omega just looks suspicious because of his last post, I'm fairly certain he couldn't be a wolf with wilkin because we talked about him alot and he entertained the thought of voting him for quite a while.

I think guido would be a more likely candidate; simply because of what was posted earlier.

Also, this is all speculative, and just my thoughts at the moment. I'm not saying 'zomg guido and wilkin are teh wolves!'

I'm not really sure how I'm going to vote tonight, and more conversation will greatly help.

1) Stoic as an alliance leader? His role sounds legit, and the 5 thing adds to the legitimacy... you'd assume a wolf faking would say there were only 4 (or 3, if there's only 3 wolves). I wouldn't go rushing to him with your illegal roles just yet, but this is probably the most promising avenue we have.

2) The guarding/whatever. If you know you were guarded, then coming out is the obvious move. If two people claim to have been guarded, then just lynch them both and thus eliminate the faking wolf (unless there's two guardians? that would be a bit ridiculous). And on these lines... if I was guarded and attacked it would be cool to know that. The compounding variable of course is the possibility of some other way that a no-kill might happen. For instance, perhaps there's a role that selects one person and (if that person is attacked) the attack is deflected onto a number of their choosing. So for example last night maybe whoever was attacked had their attack deflected onto number one (sertman) or whatever the hell petpro's number was and thus no attack occurred. That's a wild possibility, of course, but who knows what fojar has cooked up.

3) This is lame, I know, but I'm going to be real inactive the next couple of days due to me driving back home (from minnesota to cincinnati, ohio). I'm leaving this afternoon, spending the night in grinnell, and then driving all day tomorrow. So just a heads up on that. Don't be retarded in my absence. Which brings me to my last point

4) Post, god damn it. In talking with fojar at the end of day one, he pretty much clearly expressed to me that the leniency period is up, and if this kind of inactivity continues, we're essentially going to fast forward to like day five or something, and no one wants that.

I'm just saying this now, but just because Hans got guarded doesn't mean he's definitely a human. There is a possibility he is a wolf, still. Although the chance is small and I had already leaned more towards human for him, I would still be cautious of "OH ALL BLUES COME TO ME I GOT GUARDED!"

To elaborate onto what DBP was saying about a 3rd party, this is most likley the case for 5 non-repubs. Fojar said it was based on politics, and if im not mistaken, there are repubs, demos, and the "neutral". any ideas as to how that could work?
