Jurs: I talked to her on AIM, and it seemed like she was just kind of letting me run through my ideas, and just saying "yeah", which i think is a little bit out of character for her... usually she's pretty opinionated. She could be a really good wolf or a lazy human, and she may in the future try to "use" me to help out the wolfs (if she is one) because i'm kind of inexperienced (think jwc from last game and how we were able to get him to vote guido). So i'm not really sure about her at this point

It seemed pretty clear to me, an inexperienced player, that something was up with her, so I don't think that she played "excellently" but she played a very good game. Maybe the reason that I caught it was that my only previous TWG experience was a wolf trying to get buddy buddy with inexperienced players, so when she started acting the way I acted last game, I got suspicious.

What I replied was true too, though. I was talking to a bunch of people and doing some other thing, so I didn't have time to think too much about it and give detailed responses to you...so I was just like "yeah". Haha, sorry. :\

ps yeah, I guess I should blame Chardish. Chardish doesn't see the difference between using racial slurs as a joke in a non-racist way and real racism that's actually directed at a race.

chardish deserves absolutely no blame in this. ap knew the rules, he knew the consequences, yet he violated the rules anyway. No matter whether or not the rule should have existed in the first place, ap screwed up.

wilkin seemed like a classic wolf to me... alot of overstated uncertainty about who to vote for and coming up with overanalysis on kills and past votes. then again I don't know if I would have picked up on it if I were in the game.

However, Guido, it's all about context. If you want to nail someone for racism, make sure they're actually being racist. Words have slang meanings and they have literal meanings. The word "******" is a good example of this. Usually when someone calls someone else a ******, they're either joking around like "rofl you're such a ****** i hate you" or just as a general insult "stop being such a ******". Now theres the literal meaning, which is a derogatory term for homosexuals, which is very rarely used in this community in that context.

The n-word, whether you like it or not, has become the same way. It's VERY RARELY used as a racial term in this community: it's just a general insult or a joking around kind of thing. It's very easy to tell if someone is being racist. You can tell by the tone of their post, and the other contents of their post, and WHO THEY'RE CALLING A N-WORD. If I were to call Afrobean, a white member of this community, the n-word, would I be being racist? Of course not, no more than calling someone a ****** in that context makes me a homophobe.

Now I understand you have rules, but if you want to crack down on racism, crack down on the stuff that's actually racist.

I WROTE THIS ~NIGHT 3 OR DAY 3....








OK... so, lets get it out of the way... BLAH AND AP ARE ****ING RETARDED AND NEED TO GET OFF THEIR GOD DAMN HIGH HORSES. Jesus Christ guys, you're INTELLIGENT... act that way.

What went wrong this game:

1. Tass got lynched on day 2 (only the 2nd time EVER lynched as a human). Why did this happen?
-Tass gave ONLY logically correct strategy and comments the entire game.
-Tass wound up getting 4 votes on day 2, ALL from humans.
-Tass was away from the computer from 4pm til after the day ended.

Now... what have I said EVERY SINGLE TIME I'M LYNCHED (wolf or human)? I get lynched because I'm not at my computer to defend myself. Plain and simple. If you go back to every single game where I've ever been lynched, there has been some circumstance where I haven't been at my computer when the day ends to defend myself.

But, the better question is... WHY did I have votes on me at all? Well, it all started because Blah made one unbelievably dumb comment right at the start of day 1 which spireled down into a day 2 lynch. That was a semi-joking post/vote on me for what reason? BEING ALIVE. Heaven forbid. Then, there were 5 others who for some reason or another decided that the "Tass being alive" reasoning made logical sense, and therefore merited a vote... despite me being more helpful than anyone else to that point.

What does this tell us? DO NOT MAKE ****ING RETARDED SEMI-JOKE VOTES AT THE START OF DAY 1. They can have serious consequences later in the game. And to everyone else... use logic to make your votes. Don't decide on your vote and then work backwards and concoct faulty logic to use (see: Fish & phone call).


2. ap's plan day 1 & vigi on night 3:
-his plan ONLY helped the vigi & wolves, not the human team
-he vigi'd Shash on night 3 instead of day 3 to guarentee people guarded him instead of who they would like to guard

Now, what are the ramifications on these actions? Well, if ap's plan to reveal himself in addition to Cypher on day 1 had been ok with everyone, he would have been fine.... we all would have guarded him, and Kefit never would have been saved. ap would have lived, rest of the team would have suffered.

Ramifications of vigi'ing Shash on night 3 instead of day 3? Freed the wolves to attack Kefit again on night 3. Why? Because the numbers are even again! Night 3 there were 13 people... 1 more than normal, thanks to the Kefit guard. Which means that if 1 MORE person is saved, the humans gain an extra day. BUT, if the vigi kills someone, that takes the place of the wolf kill from night 2, bringing the total back to 12, and once again giving the wolves a "free ****up". That meant that even if Kefit was saved AGAIN, the endgame would not have been pushed back another day. If ap even had the patience to wait until day 3, he forces the wolves to attack someone other than Kefit (and probably someone other than Blah or ap, given their kills throughout the game), which definately would have helped the team. The vigi on night 3, as I said, ONLY helped ap. It clearly didn't help the humans... it resulted in Kefit getting wolfed and a human being vigi'd.


3. Not listening to the newbies.
-Because Shash defends me 100%, he must be a wolf... since the logic on me being a wolf was OMG SO STRONG.
-Stoic gives multiple excellent suggestions, but because he makes another statistical error and he is new, we must ignore him!

Honestly... stop it. Who gives a flying **** how many games someone has played on FFR. If someone makes a SMART post or gives an INTELLIGENT plan, it doesn't matter how much clout they have here. Because clearly all the **** that Blah and ap do is SO GREAT, we can't listen to the new guys who ACTUALLY HAVE CORRECT IDEAS, PLANS, AND THEORIES.

Shash defended me 100% because he knew from reading all the past TWGs within the past month, that I was acting like human Tass. I wasn't doing a single thing that didn't make sense for human Tass to do. Perhaps if all of you took as much time as Shash did to catch up on past TWGs, **** like lynching me on day 2 wouldn't ever happen, we'd have a better shot at lynching wolves, and we'd ****ING WIN MORE GAMES. Jesus Christ... he defends me 100%, so we MUST be wolf buddies together? That is the dumbest **** ever. Like you think Shash is that stupid. He's going to Brown; not a dumb kid. He's 18; not young and stupid. And he understands LOGIC... something most of you apparently don't.

Right after Stoic was wolfed, he IMed Shash and said that Wilkin and Jurs were wolves. Apparently the wolves respected the newbie skill... despite, IMO, Stoic not being the best night 4 kill choice.


4. Tass wanted to swing votes to Guido at the end of day 1, but nobody would listen... AND most people weren't on AIM to even talk to them about it.
-Shash would have gone along with it... he trusted me human, didn't want to see me die, and would have gone with my instinct
-ap never really responded, kinda deflected it when I brought it to him
-Blah said something to the effect of "I like day 1 swing votes, but only when the person seems wolfy"... cause yea, you seem to be doing a GREAT job of telling who is acting wolfy, buddy.
-Flypie seemed OK with the idea, but I had to drop it because I couldn't get support... only those 4 were online at the end of a day.

So, basically... a) More people need to be online at the end of a day, cause a lot of **** happens then and it's important to be there. b) LISTEN TO ME... I'M RIGHT MORE OFTEN THAN YOU.

Oh yea... the other reason, besides the fact that I thought Guido could have been a wolf and that he was going to get a phantom (which is why I voted TPS... although I didn't suspect Blah/ap THAT much, and they were the only other choices) is that I WANTED TO GAUGE A REACTION FROM OTHERS... if Guido was human, I figured a wolf would be very willing to switch. if Guido was a wolf, I figured another would would be very unwilling to switch. Unfortunately I didn't get to work with either of those situations, cause NOBODY WAS ****ING ONLINE.


5. IF YOU CAN'T PLAY IN A TWG, DON'T ****ING SIGN UP. Sweet Christ. THREE god damn replacements. How the **** are we supposed to figure out who is a ****ing wolf if everyone and their mother is changing who is who six times per game. And god damnit, especially Cypher. YOU'RE THE GOD DAMN LEADER!!!!! ****ing unbelievable. I really can't say it any clearler...

I'd like to institute a 2 game ban if you need to be replaced. Maybe will make people think about what they have planned for the upcoming 2 weeks before signing up. Just because I ask for 2 or 3 alternates to sign up does NOT mean I want them to play.

Also, I didn't note that the vigi wound up killing an obvious human, after lynching an obvious human... *shrugs*


AND... the end game was terrible. BUT, the wolves should have jumped to Cypher last minute of day 5. why? Cypher had a phantom. 2 wolf votes + phantom > 2 votes on Wilkin... which means no KiB. Had Wilkin died, game woulda been over, gg humans.

Seriously... the humans (specifically blah, ap, and somewhat cypher and a little less fish) did EVERYTHING wrong. And they still almost won. ****ing unbelievable.

I can't wait for twg36... maybe you dickholes will actually remember who is the God of this game and not lynch me for being smarter than you.

And the reason we almost won is because the game was so stacked in our favor. We got ****ed in the end, but, realistically, this game (were it to be played again) would be difficult for humans to lose.

Yo.

I really thought the game was going to end (one way or the other) about a week ago, and started to get worried when I got really busy. All my inactivity was genuine, and unfortunately my work came in chunks of over a day. Eep.

Me and Jurs had a long conversation before we killed Afro. This was the gist of it:


I figured we had about a 1/3 chance of winning. While deciding who to kill, I came up with a couple of situations.

1) What actually happened. We go for Fish/Afro, and try and get the other lynched the next day. I really didn't see this happening perfectly (even though it barely did), so I assumed that I was going to be lynched, what with all the suspicion on me. That would leave Jurs, Afro/Fish, ap, and Cypher. Now because Jurs would have no chance against confirmed humans (though it would've been so funny since ap would have gotten banned with Jurs as the obvious wolf), she would have to go for ap, and try and get Cypher to go for Fish/Afro. The votes would've all been on ap, so that would've given her a 1/4 chance. I'm not too keen with those odds, so I also suggested:

2) We wolf ap instead of Afro/Fish. with 6 people, ap would only have 4 votes, giving us a successful kill 1/3 times, which would've left us with myself, Jurs, Fish, Afro, and Cypher. It looked like I would still be lynched (especially with Fish and Afro after me), which would leave Jurs with the Fish/Afro kill, and bringing her to the same situation as described above, just with better odds.


So maybe our odds to win, had ap not been banned, were more around 1/4.

BUT FISH: What put your attention on me on Day 2?

Stoic: WTF dude... I barely talked to you at all when I was alive. And both you and Shash had my attention for theories when alive... I treat anyone intelligent the same way, and am ruthless on those who are dumber than what I just flushed down the toilet (which is a large portion of you, unfortunately). Call out blah or ap, fine... they were preaching. My apologies for the crytpic way in which I was talking to you once I was dead, but I was trying to help answer your question while at the same time not tell you the answer to your question directly. Make you figure it out... seeing as how I was dead and all.
