speaking of that nugget, i might as well throw it out.

I was rereading today's posts early yesterday and i came across mechanical talk where DBP said we were in true LYLO and no matter what he would be blocked at night if we missed killing the roleblocker. Which of course is false and I confirmed upon rereading the setup, because the mafia roleblocker cannot roleblock and kill at the same time. So if we hit the roleblocker or not, it actually doesnt matter. As long as we hit a wolf, dbp has the power to end the game at night by making a shot.

that confused me, why would dbp put forth a false scenario?

3 reasons come to mind:

1) genuine misunderstanding of the situation

2) A ploy to trick the wolf team in some way

3) I misinterpreted what he said somehow.

In my mind it explained his anxiety about the lack of content earlier in the day, i found his panicing odd and somewhat forced considering we had almost 1 1/2 days to go. From his perspective, it makes sense though because he knows that there will be no f3 if we hit a wolf. The game will be decided by what was posted today. Hence the rush to pressure for information.

at least thats what i believe, although any of the scenarios i mentioned could technically be true it would do a lot for my ego if i somehow figured out some secret agenda DBP had

i'm awake now

i went for sanzath first because he represents the greatest threat towards losing the game.

i'm not worried about my ability to convince town that WV is scummy, because he's been this way all game

sanz made a bid to try to look better than me, and combined with the nugget i found earlier made me realize i have to take him head on immediately or risk losing the game for us.

he's also doing the same thing here that he's complaining about, minus the long posts being only at eod.

incorrect, what im doing is expected. what sanz did was unexpected and artificial, and you can see the intent of it plain as day, i made mention of it several times in my iso.

In my case, not making a post showing why sanz is partners with WV and is scummier than i am would be an invitation to throw the game.

I mean i guess i couldve sat back, made a few small posts and prayed that the chips fell in towns favor but id rather be proactive when the future of the game is at stake

That's what i was getting at with my post though, freezin is cutting the dead weight of sanzath

it is a little funny that they both go straight for each other

my interpretation is that the last wolf jumps onto sanzath/freezin, knowing full well that wv is going to die here, and is trying to self-pres in a sense

For freezin, mellon was scummy. freezin replaces in with immediate vote on manti who was on blind, and then bad defense of blind. the shit regarding dbp claim that i had previously cleared for would be easy to look into if one was familiar with the source and if he was, it's a good way to try and get town cred. Also wondering if there's a reason to go after sanzath first and then leave. If sanzath and freezin are partners here, freezin busses sanzath in hopes we go after wv the last phase.

im pissed off at this because ive seen what your trying to accomplish. As a town ive posted big posts before at eod and gotten cleared for them when i knew perfectly well that effort could easily be replicated as a wolf. ill be damned if you try pull that trick on me

Noticed something about freezin's post that might have game solved but looks like freezin wasn't done so he'll have to finish what he's doing incase it changes. otherwise ill have to work with what i've got from the post
