Basically what the exchange is is this

By sacrificing Zenith we get Nighthawk helping us (this is the only benefit)

Or we get an actual useful cardflip and Nighthawk being a total asshat

since lurker is also hated the only benefit of lynching zenith is getting nighthawk "on our side"

If we don't comply with Nighty at some point, he'll just team up with the Wolves in late game. And while it's potentially possible to vigi him, it would be a waste of a vigi, since lynching Zenith would allow us to be in Nighty's good spirits. And since in both cases we lose a kill, lynching Zenith is more beneficial, I think.

Lynching Freaky gives town a lot of information from his cardflip and night action + night cardflip(s) information, where lynching myself, Lurker, or Nawk doesn't provide that except getting third parties out of the way (except lurker) and getting rid of hated role modifiers.
