I think I'm a bit confused.
I'd multiquote but mobile. Let me know if I missed anything in this:

My choice of Haku was somewhat random, though Haku has been on my mind because I feel bad for forgetting to say bye before leaving AN. Admittedly I'm still under the belief that I was just to choose someone at random.

In regards to how I should know this as a legit strat if I've played with a d0 green check before, the bulk of my experience there is from ltwg, and from what I remember there, a seer hasn't claimed first thing... some d0 for sure with counterclaims but I never considered it a proper strat per se.

If there's more I should know about this setup, that'd be neat.

Everyone is expected to seer cover by naming a green check on first day.
Everyone alive the next day is expected to give a 2nd check if Seer is still alive etc.
Looking genuine is important to make solving harder.

Not following that makes us believe..

A) You don't want to follow meta for X reason.
B) You're trying to play against the standard strategy for Y reason.
C) You're not aware that this was expected. (possible for WV(new)/Celirra(maybe))

B I'd say is definitely a no, and I don't think it needs reasoning as to why that is the case (see: I don't think I'm good enough to pull something like that)

A is what most will probably assume if they know me at all given that I complain about people metareading or following a meta etc, which is unfortunate given that it was unintentional to do so.

While you do have no reason to believe me given what I said for B, it is a case of C this time for me, which looks bad I'm sure, given that WV, who's newer than me, was able to pick up on it and follow it well enough.

Nah, it makes sense. I haven't been able to find a recent Turbo game with green check where you were participating.

I just want to see how you want to approach the game knowing that.

I'm willing to believe Cel when he says he didn't realize the strategy at first. His defenses afterward have been a bit weird and overly explanatory imo but eh. If he understood the strategy he would have dropped seer cover as a wolf anyway so it's NAL to me

Many people have seemed to jump on Celery though which could indicate wolves trying to get a wagon going early.
