so I basically decided that I wasn't going to give MVP to a vet so Yoshl, Gun, Funny and Charles are all out of contention for that.
I guess for the humans; R did something really, really good for town when he outed on d2 to get T-Force lynched and basically set-up the lynch on Cav. He also did someone really, really, REALLY bad when he outed the cop by claiming. If Lefty didn't have a green on you; town probably would've lost this game in my opinion. Reaction checks are something that you really shouldn't hold onto for that long (unless you're the real cop and then you can get away with it; although you can still sometimes out roles). Your play independent of that was alright; with the exception of never saving Lefty. You should ALWAYS save the cop when they out in a setup like this; even if the roleblocker is still alive. If lefty lived, he would've come out with a Green-check on Yoshl the next day and the game would've instantly been auto-win for town. (Didn't really matter b/c T-Force did accurately pin you as the medic at the very least). I will say, you did ask the most questions out of any of the newer players; so gj trying to learn about the game with that.
Carrot and I had a talk about d0 lynches; she did seem somewhat demoralized by getting lynched there; but there's not much else you can do on d0. *shrug* I'd have to see you play more to say anything else.
Prawn was pretty right on nailing Cav as a wolf; and his pressure vote on T-Force early on was really nice. You also drew the roleblock N1, which is always nice for town. Decent play for a first-time; sucks that you subbed out I thought you were doing really well. I will say; I'm glad you didn't use the OGI that you thought you had b/c if my guess on what it was is right; you would've put town in a really bad spot imo.
Silly played a little bit wolf-sided this game; voting the cop d0 and getting pocketed by T-Force early on. Was a bit much for you in your first game; which is what I kind of expected to happen for you. I'm glad you finally signed up for a game at least. Your logic as well as your digging means that you were trying pretty hard up until the point where you replaced out; you just ended up with some unfortunate conclusions.
Sora was HUMAN AS FUCK on basically everyone's radar; was really interesting to see you basically take control of the game. I was like 95% sure you were going to be medic-saved and wolf-killed, but I guess I was wrong. The power of taking bullets/useless mafia actions is pretty underrated and for taking a hardline stance and pretty much forcing the wolves into killing you, MVP for the humans. Play like that in a normal game and you'll do just fine.
Lefty did a good job of softing that he was cop early on d0. Unfortunately, the humans didn't realize that it was a soft and didn't trust him b/c of it. Xiz and I were your unofficial cheering squad d0 when you were 1 from insta. It took balls of serious steel not to claim there and it paid off, so I commend you on that. It was fortune more than anything that you checked the townie that was claiming your role, but it still really helped town. You, like R, asked a lot of questions to me and others, which is good. I had a hard time deciding between you or sora for MVP. Very nice cop play for a first game.
T-Force, worst wolf 2014 (sun). More seriously, you did a really nice job rolehunting. You were between 2 roles and 2 vts n0, and it was unfortunate that you picked the 2 vts to kill/block. The medic claim was good in that you basically outed the medic, unfortunately, you outed the green check when he could basically poop on your team. It was a good play, it just set up a beautiful disaster is all. Best of the two wolves in my opinion.
Cav, you played a good game as a first-time wolf, you registered as human on everyone's radar except Prawn and Gun's d0. My biggest pieces of advice to you are when Yoshl and Funny were going crazy in the thread n2, you didn't especially look like you were trying to appeal to town, and I think that bit you in the butt the most out of anything. Finally, I'd suggest that you try to keep your emotions in check if you try to play this game again, similar to what I told Silly. This isn't a game where we all hold hands; this is a game that makes people punch walls and ruin friendships and think that other players are the scum of the earth. All in all, a very split game from you; you did incredibly well d0 and d1, but you fell off hard after that.
Yeah that sums it up, if you want to know something else let me know. Was an interesting game to mod, sorry for my minimalist style most of the time I know it can bother some people. I'd suggest that if jTWG were to be done again that each player have a coach just to make sure that they understand everything. I know we have the support/playerbase for it after the enthusiasm after this game.Comment

In a TWG I have insulted pretty much everything about a person with colorful language and almost always do it to new players in an attempt to get them to stream of consciousness post. It is my first and primary intention to make the other person upset and frustrated.
If guns comments get you that frustrated and you aren't able to shrug it off please play a TWG with me I will figure out if you are human or wolf in 10 minutes, and if you're a wolf I'll lynch you for that quality of being easily flapped.
The frustration may be justified in this sense because of the nature of the comments but compared to how TWG can get in general that was so fucking tame.Last edited by Vendetta21; 08-3-2014, 07:53 PM.
