Maybe we could have a smaller game where only people who have played less than three games since the revival could sign up for. Have the game cater to newer players (cardflipping on, oot talk on, etc), in essence, it is jTWG, but only newer players are allowed to play.

We could also make a thread about ideas for this and let this thread focus moreso on Penalties instead of discussing how to make this game more appealing to newer players.

To my understanding jrodd isn't banned from TWG. He will still have the penalties on his name until he clears them.

yeah i'm saying he shouldnt have any twg specific penalties.

right now it's still showing him as having a 1 game ban etc

I dont see the point in banning him from playing TWG. I also dont know how long the forum ban is.

I'm for the penalty given the overall misconduct after the game.

4 more days and his ban from the forums will be removed.

I'm impartial. yes, the posts were outside of a game. no, the posts were not outside of the TWG forum. I think good cases could be made for both decisions.

It just means that this next game that happens, he can't sign up. Then after he is good.

right now it says out 1 game and then required to sign up as replacement.

also I STILL think perma shouldn't even be there on the ladder

A first infraction shouldn't ban someone from a game.

There gets to be a point where we are getting too micro with this.
