I just got 314072 on Institutionalized hard, 6.9*. I probably could 7* but I messed up the ending and I really don't want to try again. I was very happy

If you 8x through the chorus with the fast chord runs you get like 60k points per chorus. You should be able to squeak 40k through the verses
