It looks like some Dragon Ball Z game. I've only played one of those and it was the first one out for GBA. I really don't know though. I only say that because of the blonde hair.

I can't resist the urge to post this screen-shot. I put so many hours into this ridiculously fun game back in the day....

No, you would do [img ]insert_url_of_image_here[/img ] (take out the spaces in the brackets)
It's called BBCode, similar to HTML.

Mine was Dokapon for the GBA by the way. Would be a decent game if you didn't lose EVERYTHING when you die.

Definitely a longshot guess, but, Viking Child for Atari Lynx? One of my friends had it and it seems to look familiar.
