i think he's legit until you can prove him unlegit.
i mean, the camera was bad and i believe it was his relatives.
he's played 2 years of SM and can prolly do good with 1.5-2.0x speed mods.
if he does something outlandish then wipe his scores, but it'd be admin abuse if you did it now.
