Grats, Tass. Might wanna update your siggy soon :P
As for the new badges I liked StormWinds but Portal Defenders was another bloody frustrating game. The final boss was just stupid.
For Wadolf, just start wailing on him. Avoid the zombies he summons as much as possible, but don't let them eat any organs on the battlefield; and, if you get caught in Wadolf's shoop-da-whoop beam, toss a bomb when you get up to knock him off of his feet, stopping the beam.
For the Vegan/Finesser achievements, Bob is recommended; unlock him by beating the game with Dan Paladin. ^_^
For unlocking Lil' Jim on the zambo minigame, go in a zig-zag to get more percentage.
EDIT:
I consider April Fulp's end screen the best one out of all of them, although I think Bob's ending screen was also nice. ^_^
Stormwinds was okay but I hated the glitch. I died on Level 1 my first time, and pressing Try Again sent all my ****ing cannons to the upper left. Luckily it didn't glitch after I restarted the whole game. Easy missions, though. Very easy Hard badge.
Portal Defenders was actually a decent challenge IMO. I enjoyed figuring out the boss strategies, although you really have to conserve health when you get to the last level. You have to beat two waves of regular baddies, Jeff + Stamper, AND the final boss + his zombie minions with one health bar. And that assumes you were able to get a full-health recharge by correctly solving the decoder round.
Basically, for the last boss, if you can learn to avoid the Shoop da Whoop, you'll be fine. Stay the **** off his y-axis, and try to let him Shoop his own zombies. Other than that, the boss goes down quick, especially if you use bombs.
Overall though, fun game, even if a tad on the frustrating side.
Anyone think the Medal system on Newgrounds is interesting enough to warrant a peek? I registered an account as they are going to start Medaling more games, and there are waaay more medals per game than Badges on Kong. I'll probably balance my time once NG takes off a little more.
"A new take on the epic fantasy genre... Darkly comic, relatable characters... twisted storyline."
"Readers who prefer tension and romance, Maledictions: The Offering, delivers... As serious YA fiction, I’ll give it five stars out of five. As a novel? Four and a half." - Liz Ellor
LMAO Tass, apparently Kroz's gf came in early this morning and you scared the **** out of her, hahaha :P Right now we're trying to prank her by playing ignorant, "What are you talking about? It was just us two!"

I've noticed these medals, too. I've been (slowly) working on getting all the medals for Portal Defenders on NG. I don't know much about medals, but it seems nothing more than a variation of the achievements system in place over on Kong. Still, it's something interesting to look into.

From what I read on their forums, they're a might tetchy about Kongregate having achievements in 2006, as NG apparently had them as a planned feature that they started working on in 2004, but you know, whatever. The ones for Thing Thing Arena 3 are stupid.

Mal: Newgrounds is much more like XBL's system. and, there is no reason that multiple sites can't all have achievement systems. the way of the future. and of business. find something that works, and copy it... but tweak it enough to be somewhat new and unique.
Rubix: I thought that had been a dream... lol. I remembered someone coming in your room, then leaving right away. It seemed so odd, I figured it was a dream. But, yes... glad we could finally hang out. And the sex wasn't too bad either.
Kinda disappointed with the new Perfect Balance. One of my biggest hates is when developers get complacent and release a "new" game which only consists of new levels or just more of the same from previous games. Left a kinda bad taste in my mouth and have no real desire to optimise levels and such as with the first (or even complete it for that matter)...
