use the style editor for your entire propfile. its the little box in the top right of every thing. add text in the secion of the black bar labled Update profile to do what it says, this gives info about yourself, what u like, and other stuff. this can also upload photos too.
To upload any random tangent/thought/video that u wnat to have here, go to upload random thoughts, give it a heading a type what u want or the URL for the YouTube video.
