REMEMBER ME


Am I so stupid
As to think you liked me
Seems like forever
Since we were friends

We hugged
And laughed
And had fun together
Do you remember?

We hung out every day
For one full year
Then summer came
We hugged some cried
But we had fun
For the most part

Just three months later
You’ve forgotten me
How could you forget me already?

I walk past you
But you don’t see
I say hi
But you don’t hear

It’s like im just not there
But you don’t care
I wish you would
But you never will

So I say goodbye
To my lovely dream
That we’ll be friends again
And you’ll remember me
