Wrist Hurt

Lol, after constint playing of FFR over the last two weeks, my wrist starts to hurt. So now Im trying to train my left hand to play, and its not going very well. And what is this call? FFR disease?

FFR disease? I dont know anything about it. But I do know that you can get something like carpel tunnel from typing to much and since you hit keys really fast on FFR that could be whats happening. You should take breaks. I hope you heal soon.

ok, you're right carpet tunnel, learned that in science class. Lol. Its a bit better now, and my left hands really sucks. i cant even finish a very easy song with it.

This actually has happened to me also. When it does all I do is take a break for the day. I'm right back on the next day though ^^
