I started to send a challenge, and my standalone crashed .... uh . . . .
That's the downside to it, it crashes on me sometimes

Have you tried using the standalone (macromedia flash player 8) to fix the lag? I have to use it, or I lag like hell. Someone posted a link to it on the forums a few weeks ago and it helped me a lot.
