I'm into Japanese animation and comics (anime and manga). I write literature, mostly poetry, and think of the computer as man's most essential tool. It's also great how mankind adopted the decimal system, isn't it?

I indulge in a limited selection of music genres, mainly J-pop, J-rock, classical, and new age. I will include Vocaloids as a separate genre of music. I love a broad spectrum of music artists and groups- BoA, The Brilliant Green, Do As Infinity, Every Little Thing, Garnet Crow, Kalafina, Nakashima Mika, Tamaki Nami, Utada Hikaru, Younha, YUI (my cousin), Makino Yui, and Zard.

In terms of favorite movies, I have quite a few, but I'd like to mention my top three all time favorites: 1) Kara no Kyōkai 空の境界 series (seven + one) 2) Sen and the Spiriting Away of Chihiro 千と千尋の神隠し (more commonly known as Spirited Away) 3) Grave of the Fireflies 火垂るの墓 The last two movies are by "Studio Ghibli", while the first, my most favorite, is by "ufotable."
