All Eternity

Now that heart that had been wrapped so tight,
Can loosen its grasp,forsee the light
It searched for love so longingly,
I love you i still love you for all eternity

An angels light opened my heart,
Taught me new things, gave me a fresh start
Our close bond had been been so forsakenly,
I love you i still love you for all eternity

Desperate times called for desperate measures,
Trying to hold close to all of my treasures
Holding them high for the world to see,
I love you i still love you for all eternity

Perhaps moving too fast, perhaps moving too slow,
But completely devoted from the get go
I just tried to be the best that I could be,
I love you I still love you for all eternity

A future so clear and a future so bright,
The world's harsh reality calmed by starry night
A perfect haven never just a possibility,
I love you I still love you for all eternity

Alas the skies cast down its hazing glare,
My treasures taken as only I can stare
It seems the inevitable happens eventually
But I love you i still love you for all eternity

It is said that time heals all wounds,
And the wolf's cries howling over many moons
Often say that what is is what should never be,
But I love you i still love you for all eternity

I suppose one has to hope that love stays on track,
And that somehow loved ones find there way back
And remember those whispered words, an everlasting decree,
"I love you, I'll always love you for all eternity"
