FFR Tournament Round 3 + Song of the Week
The third round of the tournament began two days ago–check this thread for which songs to play, matchups, and results from Round 2. If you’ve managed to make it to Round 3, don’t forget to submit by Wednesday, October 4th.
Also, the Song of the Week was released yesterday. This week’s song, Famouz, sets a record for being the shortest song ever added to FFR, at a mere 49 seconds in length–but with nearly 400 steps in that 49 seconds, it’s quite challenging, so don’t be fooled by the short length. The song is by Richee, an up and coming electro/rap artist who uses a unique blend of synthwork and sliced beats behind his lyrics to give his music a unique sound. He is currently attending college and working on his first album release. For more music by him, check out his official page at www.switchee.com. Famouz, stepped by Mead1, can be found in the Hip-Hop genre of FFR.

Rock>Hip Hop. There isn’t one hard rock song. DragonForce anyone? There are lots of DragonForce simfiles… Why is the world’s most popular genre the one with the least songs???

narcotic: have you ever heard of copyright? If you want to go out and ask DragonForce’s manager to let us make a stepfile to their songs, post it in the forums once you’ve accomplished that.

“Although it won’t be that hard.”
Excellent.
Also: that link to Richee’s site doesn’t work. Also, that appears to not be his site at all. I found what I assume to be his myspace… http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendid=23966
but besides that I got nothing.

Just wondering if Richee allowed you guys to make the step file, because I think he kind of quit his music career, he dleted all of his musical stuff off of myspace and told everyone he was going back to college.
He also won’t ever be making a CD.
Unless he tricks us once again.

And the reason why switchee is down is because he deleted that also. I’m wondering if he his trying to erase his music career from exsistance
