First off before we go anywhere, I'd like to make some generalized comments.

The game started off great, even with in-actives. Before I took over hosting, I was watching the game thread. When I got the information to host and saw who the wolves were, I was surprised because I had not guessed any of them were wolves. Plop and V played a damn good game, even through everything. Props have to be given there. Town I feel was playing well, but they were struggling to see through the wolf game, however they nearly got a wolf through a knife in the box. Makes me sad it didn't roll the other way because it would have been interesting to see where the game went from there.

If the game had continued I actually predict the wolves would have won.

I'd also really like to take a moment to thank thesunfan and Charu for stepping in for the in-actives. Really, you guys made the game a lot more interesting to watch / moderate for the short time I did.

This was my approach to it as well. I tried to find information on what to do generally but couldn't find it. And it was only after EoN that I got a response (which thank you as well r3ce.)

I also felt it wouldn't be fair to the wolf team to random the kill after I'd posted the start of the day as it could be indicative to who they were via inactivity and whatnot. So I left my choice as was. I also feel playing around my mistake was very doable, especially for the two wolves that were left. They had town around their fingers to a degree.

I saved this for post game because I wanted to make sure I was calm enough to be fair with my comments:

Yoshl quitting hosting the way he did is simply unacceptable. This game was just the ill-timed monster of inactivity. I understand your frustration though.

Choof / James: The site being shit load time wise is not a reason to quit the game.

I was going to address V's comments, but honestly I'm incapable of doing it in an appropriate way, so long story short: Selling out your wolf partner when you wanna quit is bullshit. Let them play the rest of the game out next time.

No MVP will be given this game. It was unfinished.

At the end, I'd like to apologize for the pile of mistakes I made. (Note that I am not referring to how replacements were done, those were 100% fair and randomized. Anything else could be argued to be favoritism, so I randomized them all. It was in the interest of keeping the game fair, so I would certainly do it again.)

I got to learn a lot about hosting a TWG, so thank you all for the experience.

how the fuck is site load times not a valid reason to request replacement when ffr being slow as shit is enough to seriously affect my play; I would have detrimented the entire game

Honestly, I think it's a shame V didn't PM Xel with what he posted and have the night kill redacted in thread. I haven't rolled green in forever and I'd have really liked to finish that game.

My reads list sucked, but I was starting to come around. I felt like I had everything backwards after nearly lynching Fiction and was reading Plop red again.

Really well played from both of you, especially V, who is a god at pocketing me.

I was trying my absolute hardest not to give away my role because in D0 I was having such a blast not only playing against the pros but learning from them. I thought I was able to remain that night unscathed because my reasoning for Manti being green was that his posts so far was green and was hoping it wouldn't draw fire to me. iirc didn't blind or someone else try to help remove the fire and draw it to themselves so I could live another day?

Also, DBP I'm not sure if you have seen some of the TWGs that I have played, specifically the one where YoshL was a wolf and absolutely drilled me a new asshole in a heated argument we were having. You coming at me with gloves dropped was not as scary and I think that I handled it a lot better than I could have.

Never the less, it was fun, and I really hope that the TWG community does not die on FFR, because honestly (and a couple of players can say this themselves) it's the reason why I'm still on FFR per say.

If I was alive for more than just D0, I would've checked at least V or Plop but not the other had I checked one of them. Using prior knowledge against V (only one game I played where he was cop and I was a wolf) his attitude was surely looking more town orientated but I could have built a case (or at least attempt to) around him. Plop did extraordinarily well in this game and was easily the least detected wolf.

I regret signing up as a replacement then not being able to replace in until a certain point.
Its as bad as replacing out. Probably gonna take a game ban.

Had fun though. This roster was pretty awesome.

That's absolutely right.

I didn't send in a night one check because I had two feelings; one being I was surely dead because everyone in this game excluding like four of us are "pros" and the chances of one of them being a wolf were better than the lower tier players like myself. They had to known I had the Manti green peek by the lack of evidence other than "outside knowledge". The other feeling was just pure gut I'd be killed because I've been killed off fast in the last few games. Purely gut.

same, and statistically speaking the expected value of checking someone in the night is always positive
