Yep. That was one of my main goals for this round. House you may belong in D3.lol I couldn't make that assumption since your new.

No. Both get the same amount of credits. You're both technically in the same division anyway.

Well your are still in D3 even if your subdivided so... No, it's equal distribution to all 6 divisions and it's not even among placements.
