It was decided amongst many players that there would be a short intermission between X and XI.

The sign ups will probably be around Friday.

The purpose of this thread is to choose a host. Everyone interested in hosting needs to PM/IM me a campaign speech, as well as how many players your game has. Keep in mind that many people want a traditional TWG, with no fancy things involved :-P

Starting Monday, this thread will be unlocked for VOTING FOR HOST. The only people allowed to vote are those who have played in TWG, NOT jTWG.

Alright. Well, I’m going to go for the three-team thing. There will be two teams of three wolves. A and B. There well be a set of special humans for the humans. There will be psychic A, psychic B, seer A, seer B, guardian A, and guardian B. Seer A can only see wolves in the A team, seer B can only see wolves for the B team, and so on. If seer A sees a wolf from team B, he will come back human. Now remember, both teams of wolves are against each other as well as the humans.

NForcer... 2 things. 1, Cypher has been wanting to host since TWG5, and hasn't gotten the chance. 2, Your game is a standard game with some unknown twist. I, for one, don't like the idea of not knowing something that will likely affect me in the middle of the game. Plus without knowing what it is, we have no way of knowing if it really is balanced, etc.

3. Cypher is more popular than you.... Hate to say it, but it does play a factor.

2 kills, but the wolf teams are separate. It's wolves and mafia, or something. They want to kill the humans AND each other. If both attack the same person, then it'll probably only be one kill that night.

Tass, I did tell him. I told him minutes after I knew. Blah messaged me earlier today, asking me why Neo hadn't signed up yet. I told him he was denied, because "Tass said he wasn't approved." He told me that it was okay for him to sign up, now that the signups had been open so long without anyone vying for a slot. I told Neo that, so he signed up. There's obviously been some miscommunication going on here.

All right. I modeled this partly off the Infiltration signup form, by the way.

I believe that I am qualified to play in TWG XI for several reasons. First of all, I consider myself a very logical person. I can follow proofs very well, and I was able to follow many logic chains in some TWGs (For example, in V, I had the same (incorrect) thought as Chardish that Qreepy might have been the master wolf, prior to Chardish’s post) (see link below). I also consider myself fairly intelligent, because I do well in school with challenging classes. Thirdly, I am very cautious and wary when I need to be, and I know that I have rarely been 100% sure of anything in any prior TWGs I have read. Finally, I know that I will be very committed to this game, because I have wanted to play for two months and have never gotten a chance yet. These are several of the reasons I feel I should be allowed to play in this TWG.

Let's see. I've been around FFR forever, and I'm pretty dedicated to the site. I'm intelligent, as you could have seen if you read that thread on SAT scores or from back when I used to post in CT (often arguing with Drac :)). I'm pretty much guaranteed to be around, since this week is basically only a two-day school week for me. I'm getting my wisdom teeth out thursday, so I figure I'll have nothing better to do than sit around on the computer. To summarize: Freak was killed, someone is blaming his IRL friend Slanky, 3-4 others who know both IRL are saying that Freak couldn't possibly frame and screw over Slanky like that because they've been friends for years. Lets make 1 thing VERY clear. No relationship, online or IRL, matters when playing TWG. It is Wolves vs Mafia vs Humans. Any other distinctions that are made are WRONG. Case in point... I would be the first one to manipulate Whorli (as I do regardless, so far we've been on the same side both times).

Already done, Tass. I wrote the Day 1 story and have been following ever since. It's getting pretty complicated right now, because between all the arguing and pointing of fingers with flawed evidence, nobody is really figuring anything out.

EDIT: It's all a game, and the IRL relationships don't matter in the game. I'm going to play this game with that principle in mind. For example, if Neo seems like a wolf or mafia, and I'm a human, the fact that I'm good friends with him IRL will not keep me from voting for him. Or, if I'm a wolf and Kenzya is a real threat to me, even though I know him IRL, I'm going to take him out. I suggest all three of us play like this, as well as other groups that may have the same situation. I believe IRL relationships have affected TWG games here before, if I remember correctly.
