Is it even 400 BPM? Unless the author said so himself, it's 200 BPM. It doesn't make sense at 400 BPM (meter).
You start it on the beginning of the measure with 2 quarter arrows. Those are pickups to the downbeat (the first jump you have). Technically incorrect.
Uh, you step some sounds for 5 seconds, and then you don't step them anymore and then you go back to stepping them for 1 second some other part, etc etc etc
This would be a VD or challenging in difficulty, sheesh >_>
You have a lot of parts that are technically incorrect. Fix up the rest of the file before I point out all of the mistakes.
It sucked a lot.
