Not getting Oni.

I have failed to realize this such a long time ago as I have experienced this so many times. The reason why I have many close attempts to Oni but have failed to achieve it is because my weakness do not allow me to AAA those types of songs. The songs that I attempt to achieve Oni on have certain parts that just take my ability and smash it to tiny pieces. Therefore I get goods, averages, misses, or boos.

I thought any D3-D4 player could get Oni. I thought they were able to AAA 66's and above. But I was wrong because I cannot AAA those songs, while still being a D3 player. I feel like I am making hardly any progress at all, as I've been playing FFR for 3 years and rhythm games for 6 years. I play FFR, Stepmania, Guitar Hero, osu!, and many other rhythm games that are too much to list.

Why am I built to function this way? Is my hand-eye coordination not sufficient enough? Because my fingers have acquired a level of speed higher than most average D3-D4 players, does that mean I must have to lack skill in timing, consistency, jacks, jumpstreams, and the sort?

My consistency with perfect timing is not as good as you think it may be.

In conclusion, I will not get Otaku Speedvibe [Oni] any time soon.

D3's are able to AAA difficulties 50-60 with some problems. It may take them up to 15 retries on a song before they gt it. D4 players can usually do 60-70, and D5's 70-80, and 80-99 for D6. Practice on songs where your weaknesses are applied (jacks, stream, jumpstream, speed, jumpglut, hands etc.) and then use those abilities to target high-tier songs that require those abilities (ex, speed = Banned Forever, Jumpstream = Makiba, Jumpglut = futsuu (sort of), etc. There are more songs than that but those are some of the easiest in respond to skill.

Dude.
Chill, You'll get Oni eventually.
It took me nearly 4 god damn fucking years to get it.
I didn't get it till I was nearing D5.
Try to AAA songs that are under 65 first.
You'll see that they are easier.
Work your way up friend.
It takes time to achieve the things you want most.
also I would like to ask.
What are your weaknesses/Strengths.
Depending on what they are might narrow down the search for Oni.

My oni gets were, Brandish Headless and Battle theme #37.
Try those. They are easy patterns.

Strenghts: stream (not jumptsream though)
Weaknesses: jumpstream, jacks, minijacks, and jumpgluts

Songs you might be able to get Oni on.
chronograph - very light streams with a few jumps, only concern is a 32nd wall.
Jeanie and Caroline - Nail the bursts and AAA is yours.
Going on spring wind - Trills are the only problem here.
Battle theme #37 - mini jack after the 2 jumptrills.
Brandish headless - fast 32nd streams flows smoothly.
Choprite - awkward patterns/transitions, lots of triplets and trills.

Wow, don't be so harsh on yourself. Also, what makes you think that D3 players should be able to get oni? It's usually oni that's the gateway into D5, lmfao. Heck, I've been in D5 for a few months already and I only got oni a week or two ago.

Chill man. You have to realise that AAA-ing isn't everything. Just because you have Otaku Speedvibe [Oni] doesn't really mean anything imo, it just means that you AAA-ed a FMO. You can be in D5/D6 without having Oni (I got a couple of D6-material scores before getting Oni at the time). I'm not good at AAA-ing as well, but I can PA mid FSOs fairly well; maybe you should do that instead of trying to get Oni. It's less frustrating compared to trying to hit every note perfectly anyways. If you always get frustrated with failed attempts of getting Oni, you would be more irritated with the game than have the feeling that you're improving fairly quickly.
Not every player is good at everything, so stop being harsh on yourself. I'm not the "perfect" player either, I'm terrible at rolls, slow bursts and AAA-ing in general. If you're bad at something, then try to improve in that area. Gold Stinger recommended a few songs.
Anyways, have you tried Heavenly Spores though? You should
